Open Programme: Leadership Package
This comprehensive package runs an extensive course, which combines four separate leadership modules with executive coaching. You will meet other members of your open group four times over the course of a year. Each group module lasts three days. Between each group module, you’ll receive executive coaching--two one-to-one sessions, along with background reading and ongoing psychometric testing.
